Thank you. I have no idea who all those people taking pictures of my car were if it wasn't anyone from here. What was your name? Did I meet you?

 

Alpina Roadster. See if you got any. It was cool meeting you guys. Maybe at the next meet we can just go haul a$$ somewhere. I had a nice ride home. 4 races. I make it a point not to race people that don't stand a chance but after seeing all those cars and no one wanting to run , I got anxious and I was willing to race anything. Lost the first race to a modified R1 but not by much and he gave hella compliments for even being able to keep up. I got revved at by a an RSX-S with mods. I let him take off first but it didn't even take a second or two to pass him. There was a modified GTI wanting to race and I wasn't going to waste my time but I did it anyway. Suprisingly he did much better than I thought he would. He wasn't even close but he would have blown the RSX-S away. The last race was against an STi. WE went back and forth but I took him every time. I would really like to know when the next driving meet is.

LOL....you should see the post. He thinks he kept up. He was a cool guy. He gave the thumbs up and all. I don't really know much about VW. Where does an R32 fall into the ranks?

 

VW r32 are actually fast cars. its AWD car with 200 plus hp with 6 speed manual. dunno where it runs in the quarter, but i think in the 13's. when i was working for vw and audi we got to mess wit it. nice car. not very many of them around

 

what kind of time does your car run tk2005? i may have a good race for you

 

Who knows? The car is auto on 20" rims from the factory. I don't think they meant for it to go to a 1/4 mile strip. It moves good but I try not to dog cars that I am selling. When my 350 is finally parked in my garage after a nice massage from SGP, then I will be hitting the tracks again. I may not even have this car by the time the next meet comes around but for sure I'll have something that moves.
