My best recommendation is Manuel's Paint and Body, but it's in Galveston.
He's VERY reasonably priced (bordering on cheap), and does excellent work (I've had him do several things for me and my Dad).
He's a small place and he's usually pretty busy. Take the part to him and he'll give you a price and tell you when to come pick it up (he's usually pretty fast too, because he doesn't have a lot of room).
He's on 39th and Ave S (I think). He's like a couple of blocks off the seawall, behind Gaido's Restaurant.
If you decide to go, let me know, and if I can, I'll follow (or lead) you down there.
