Question Safe place for tire mounting in Dallas...

Hey folks, with all the horror stories about scratched rims from tire mounting, I was hoping some of you with aftermarket rims would have recommendations on where to get tires mounted. My 19" HRE 445Rs should be coming in soon and I don't want to have them messed up by sloppy work. I live up in N. Dallas, but would be willing to take the wheels into the surrounding area to ensure a safe install. Thanks in advance!

I'm in North Dallas as well. Josh at Discount Tire in The Colony is pretty good, but make sure only HE mounts the tires. The other monkeys working there scratched one of my iForged rims.

I have used Discount tire on 407 rd in Flower Mound with great results. All of there guys are good. Todd Eddy the manager does not put up with much and is a great guy.

They are friendly to racers and can heat cycle tires.

My buddy Alex @ Discount Tire at Coit and G.B Tollway. Definately trust him.

Cool - thanks for the tips guys. Still have to order tires for the wheels, but want to do that at the same place that mounts them - figure on getting the KDW's.

Get the quote from tire rack, then go into Discount and tell them you found them at TR for a certain price. Most of them will give you that price and have them shipped even. You just pay for mounting extra. Tirerack.com
