Default APS Dual Exhaust

Next addition will be dual exhaust on my '05 Base. I spoke with Shawn @ SGPRacing here in Houston where I got my new JWT pop-charger (love the gain, love the sound) and, given that I'm an old guy , he recommended the APS. I'd like a noticeably deeper note. I have no intention of going FI. I've heard the Injen at idle and it sounded good but was told that after break-in and at higher speeds it can become raspy (I THINK I know what that is!). I don't want a drone in the cabin at between 3 and 4K RPMs, either. 3K is where 80MPH is and that's a pretty common speed for me on the interstate. I'm told that the APS doesn't do these things. I've done some surfing about the APS and haven't found very much info. It's a bit more expensive than some of the favs and before I do the deed, I'd like to hear from some of the experienced exhaust folks. I've heard some of the sound clips of different exhausts but don't think I should trust those for making a purchase. Sorry this is so long-winded. Help!

It kinda does drone at 2500-3000 rpm. Its pretty quiet if u have stock cats, its just deeper. Sounds very stock muscle car ish

sup travis! i have the aps true dual. its awsome! it sounds more like stock which i love. i would say it sounds deeper than stock, but more stock like. pretty much what Plumpzz said. i def recommend that exhaust. i have turbo and aps delete pipes and its still sounds like stock, but with those items added just makes it a lil bit deeper. other than that its great!
