I'll make up some maps here shortly. I'm thinking of moving the time to later in the afternoon though due to heat.

What does everyone think about the optimium time?

Well, the hottest part of the day will be 4-6pm; max heat soak in the pavement.

It's still live but we can't do anything with it. hosted at dreamhost.com and they say we're screwed because no user name and password. Registrar is godday and we had no luck getting it-same thing, no user name and password-but we tried. It's zclubofhouston.com, but it will be zclubofhouston.org soon as I get it developed. Got a test site but need to keep that out of the public eyes until approved by the club. Email me privately if you wanna see and perhaps give us some ideas and help. I do windows only, and use dBASE as a database. See my site for others I developed and host.

Thanks for anyhelp in this matter.

I hope so too.. Kind of nervous now with all these people showing up. What else do you think we need to bring?

1 Canopy (all I have)
1 Cooler of drinks

David you want to meet over there one night after work or something and scope the layout with me to how we should line up?
