What's a good hotel/motel to stay at close to the Dallas Convention Center? Going to HIN are you?

 

I live around here so I wouldn't know which hotels are good. Motels, however, are everywhere. Some are cheap, some aren't. Motel 6's aren't that bad with varying prices. What's going on at the Dallas Convention Center? When's HIN and where (last year it wasn't DCC)?

I would stay somewhere on 75 in Richardson or Plano because it is going to be cheaper to stay and you can ride the Dart Rail to the convention center and dont have to worry about transportation.

Look up galatyn park in richardson. Nice place and theres always nice cars to look at right there.

 

Alrighty guys....after the meet at Tony's Pizza, myself and all of the other ZOS members will be following each other to Double Dave's Pizzawork in Fort Worth. I'm hosting a car show there...it will be for Z's. There will be 3 classes...Stock (1st-3rd), Modified (1st-3rd), and Super Modified (1st-3rd), and then Owners Pick. E-mail me at roy.florez@tcu.edu if you want to go. I was told that the list on here might of known about this meet, but after reading the thread, I didn't see one thing about my meet. We will leave Tony's at 4pm. Registration starts at 5pm. The registration fee is $10. Judging will be between 6pm-7pm. And then food and trophy ceremony around 8pm. This should be a lot of fun...I'm going to start a list on here...so please put your name on the list if your down....PLEASE COME!!!!

Uh.. actually, there IS a list.. it's in a different thread, titled "Dallas Meet V"

Also, you might actually want to start the list there.. but then again, your car show is after our meet, so many of the Z's at the meet will probably caravan down to Ft. Worth. I don't really see a need for yet another list. Check out the Dallas Meet V in the Texas Forum.

 

Wow thanks for the nice reply...it's my first time on this website and I can't find anything on here yet...so give me a break...I will be looking for this thread in the forum....The only reason why I am wanting to get a head count is to figure out how many parking spots I need to get...this business is in a shopping mall, and I don't want to just take up all of the spots and leave none for some customers....

 

My bad. I didn't mean to come off as a jackass. My intent was to inform you that there was another thread, already in progress, that already has a list. That thread has everything. Again, I didn't mean to come off as a douche. My apologies.

 

It's all good bro...now don't let it happen again, or I will have to steal your Z and part it out...lol...I really appreciate you telling me about that other thread....if you didn't I would of kept on searching all over this website..there is a lot stuff to do on this site...I'm really loving what I'm seeing so far... .........It's EyE pOpInG....
