At the risk of sounding like a pimp........

I was there this morning getting the state inspection and an oil change (awright awreddy, I should change it my own bad sef, but I dint) and strolled around the lot. There were ten (!) new '06s lined up facing the dealership. It looked like a f*king meet, for chrisakes. Beautiful line up, stickers ranged from 28K (red line coupe) to 38K for some kind of Roadster. They also had a used red line Roadster on display in front facing the frontage road. One of the Base's (I'm assuming here since no salesperson came out to slime me) was an interlagos fire. Kind of a weird purply color. I read where it changes colors under different lighting conditions. With that many Zs, I wonder if there are deals to be made. Well, it IS August and the '07s must be just around the corner. Not for me, tho'. I'm happy.

They still have until January before the 07's hit the lot but you prolly still could get a good deal on an 06

 

Last I looked, Clear Lake Nissan still had a yellow '05 Touring on the lot; you could get a hella deal on that thing, for sure.

 

You should see the dealerships here in OC, Socal.

 

Someone like Mossy should plan a meet for the locals like a Houston Z-fest. A dealer sponsered meet should bring a lot of outside people, just a thought.
