Well, that's okay...as long it's clean is all that matters! I know my car needs a bath right now! My poor baby has to spend the pretty day, dirty, in a parking lot until I get out of school.

Here are pics from when I bought it in Dec. '06. Chrome rims are gone and replaced with stock alloy ones. Nothing fancy here.

are you trading someone for their stock alloys? if not, i dont think it would be worth paying to go with alloy, the chrome look fine to me.

I really liked the chrome ones. They were on the car when I bought it used. Unfortunately, they were after-market chromed by the previous owner and the place that chromed them did not follow the correct process for removing the original alloy finish. This fatigued the aluminum, and the rims developed cracks where the spoke meets the center of the wheel. I had them all of 9 months before discovering the cracks. I had to replace them and the best deal I could find on short notice was to buy take-offs from the place that did the chroming for $400/set.

There are a few that aren't stock in McKinney. My car only has test pipes and a y-pipe, so the sound isn't too different, except it's loud and raspy. Thanks, though.

No problem! It still sounded good, haha. And I don't get to spend much time driving around MacTown, but when I usually drive around I see stock ones. Next time I see ya I'll give ya a honk!

Your car is CLEAN! I love it! I really want to get rid of all the yellow lighting on my car, especially the license plate lights. I noticed that on yours before I even glanced at anything else in that picture. haha.

Thanks Bryan. I'm not that big a fan of the look with the top up, but I certainly didn't buy it to drive it top up. I originally wanted black/black, but found this one instead. I wasn't a fan of the DB until I saw one at a stealership when they first came out. The DB with the navy top and the frost interior looked really nice. If I would have gone coupe, I would have bought the DB. It really stands out.

I certainly agree with that statement about "the top being up." I'm not a fan with the top up at all, but when the top is down...it looks killer! And thanks for the DB compliment as well!
