Default Muffler shop

Whats a good muffler shop in the Dallas/ Plano area to have make me a custom exhaust. Just a simple 3 inch pipe all the way back with either a straight through muffler or just a tip.

Mackie,
My experience has been that almost any of those places are just about the same. That's all they do all day, so in your case it should be real simple. Just be sure to agree on a price BEFORE any work is done. And whatever you do don't be afriad to talk them down a little. They'll see your nice STi and think, hey this kid has some dough and they'll quote it way high hoping you'll be like, deeeerrrrr...okay.

My reccomendation however is to bypass the whole muffler shop alltogether and go with a proven exhaust setup from a company you trust. I've been down both roads and I will always take the latter from now on.

Later.

If he's looking for mandrel bent though you may need to ask them if they have the machine.

Pronto Mufflers in Plano off of 75. They are on the North bound side across from the NTB. They do great work at a very good price.
