Default Hurricane Dean.

Any Houston people semi prepared for it. Things are freakin nuts over here! It's not a huge threat yet and the grocery stores and hardware stores are crazy busy.

Dude I can only imagine in FL, it almost seems like a law of hurricanes that you must hit FL to be a real hurricane.

It's kinda hard to say where it's going. Those last minute turns are hard to predict. Not sure who'll wind up with the target on their back but good luck to everyone.

I think Lake Charles and Baton Rouge would be okay, but New Orleans... I dunno.

we have had a huge high pressure system over us, so FL should be okay. i hope TX gets the same thing and it goes south of the border.

I hope for everyone's sake it dies in the gulf.

with that being said, for some reason I get a little excited when there is news of a hurricane coming. Don't get me wrong, I know they can cause death and destruction and I wish that upon no one.

The problem here is that the waters in the Gulf are so warm so it rarely happens. Anyway I hope It does as well I have a bad feeling about this one

TS Erin dumped in SA yesterday & caused major flooding in the local area. I think at least one death from drowning. If Hurricane Dean takes the same path, I'm building an ARK!!!
