Just to get this straight this isnt a cake job. It has a performance bonus as well as 401k, health benefits, paid vacation etc. You will work for your money but for those of you with a work ethic you will make very good money. It is a great opportunity for someone with not much experience since they will basically teach you a trade and how to run a business if you have the right attitude. Ive learned a ton since ive been working for this company.

Pay is based of experience and what they think you should make. Plus the monthly bonuses are profit based so its hard to say. Too many variables.
