Galleria- might work
Rice Village (Village arcade has a garage and Two Rows to eat at)- people get mugged in the arcade from time to time. i work here and would love to have a meet in the village, but aftermarket suspensions and kirby dont mix. especially since they are fixin to fock up kirby by the arcade.
Heights- have to be somewhere where we can meet up and hang out by the cars.
Memorial Area (Memorial Park-Becks Prime)- could work, find a location that has good access roads and a business willing to have a bunch of cars parked out front.
Downtown (Don't think anyone would want to do this)-probably not, but who knows
