Default Anyone looking for a loan officer position?

They're taking applications at my workplace. If you're an avg performer, expect to make anywhere from $50-$60k. High performers are closer to 6 figure. Let me know.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Handling Home Loan inquiries from prospective Borrowers
· Analyzing customer needs and advising them on which of Countrywide's loan programs will best accomplish their objectives
· Determining the borrower's ability to qualify by running credit reports and reviewing them in conjunction with borrower-provided income and asset information
· Advising on property value based on existing data, automated Valuation tools and borrower-provided information
· Making initial decisions on whether loan requests will meet Countrywide's approval guidelines
· Exercising independent judgment in order to effectively communicate complex criteria, guidelines and mortgage-industry terms to customers
· Overcoming objections and collecting up-front fees for Appraisals and Credit Reports
· Packaging loans for processing


A Successful Candidate Will Have:

· High school diploma
· 2+ years of Mortgage Sales experience
· Mortgage, Residential and Financial-Services background
· Superior knowledge of Mortgage Loan Origination, Operations, Products and Real-Estate Transactions
· Demonstrated experience in selling Mortgages via telephone
· Thorough understanding of Fair Lending
· Ability to successfully sell in a highly automated, fast-paced environment
· Strong PC skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Internet, etc.)
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills

The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:

· College degree in a related course-of-study

Training is offered, leads are offered, commission structure depends on which division you get put in, in office. send me your email addresses, so i can refer you properly.
