Sorry I have better things to spend my money on than a car.

PS, we know how to do a real show. Do you remember seeing the book that came as a brochure to the 350z when it first came out that had a bunch of Z's lined up in a field? Maybe like 100 Z's, or so in that picture? That was from 2002 National ZCCA Zsport Convention when it was here. Over 300 cars.

Oh btw, I had two G35's before you guys with many mods on them, and I have kinda grown out of that phase now. At least I have a car like I said that isn't common and won't be available soon.

1500 total being made. And like I said, not as common as a normal 350z or a G35.

Chris, you need to chill out. As usual trying to stir crap.

A few standouts at the Z sport show, but a general lack of taste for the most part.

That's great to hear and that's your opinion.

Actually most people have good taste at the show (my opinion). But most people at the show are older crowds and not the younger groups that go to HIN.

They have more respect for the Heritage of the Z than just making it all bad *** with adding aftermarket goods.

Russel, you are contradicting yourself. If the people at Z sport show have more respect for the heritage of the Z, then explain Terri's Brickyard and the few other standouts. Her car for example, is SICK and modded with alot of badass aftermarket goods..fn01rcs, vortech, built motor...so what makes that any different from one of our cars?

Just because we mod our cars with aftermarket goods doesn't mean we don't respect the Z/G heritage.

^we are having problems with out web site, pm me your email address and I'll look into it.

I thought the HIN was pretty good, yes there were a few problems with the location and setup of the show, but overall I had a good time. It was good to meet ant talk to a few of you. I took a few pictures but I was only able to download these for now, they were taken before the HIN show. I will post more later tonight.

That's funny. Why don't you go back and look who attacked who. I was attacked by your buddies. I didn't attack you guys. You guys are the ones always stirring the POT.

When you guys learn to respect other peoples property, then maybe people will like your crew better.

Hey everyone,

I know we all share the passion for our Gs & Zs (and other cars) and we need to keep it at that level -- we are all car enthusiasts. I don't want our Austin/SA members to degrade this thread/forum to the point where we regret later the negative posts that's being read here and others get the wrong perception on who we are.

With three kids involved with soccer this weekend, I did not get to visit either events that were held in Austin or SA this past weekend. I'm sure there were some nice cars at both locations and I look forward to seeing some of the pics to be posted.

Russ,

Not taking sides here but I can see how the 210 VQ guys can react to what is being posted. I've met most of these guys and like me, they take great pride in taking care of their cars. Some of your posts are condescending in a way and here is an example below:

I would have taken offense to that statement if I didn't know you better. As you know, I own a Z & my brother drives a G. Although the Gs & Zs are more common than the NISMO Z, they're still great cars. The NISMO Z is just a factory modified 350Z, nothing more. Now, if you have a GT-R, I would have to say you have a unique car.

Although my Z is not show quality, it feels more at home on the track (roadcourse or autocross), which is the primary reason I bought it. We're all part of the same community and instead of spending negative energy, we ought to spend more time promoting our cars.
