Default Trophy Nissan Service

Any experiences with Trophy's service department...good or bad? I need to get my alignment checked (slight pull to the right) and have several squeaks and rattles that I can't locate. I am actually closer to Courtesy, but looking for other's experiences.

Bought mine at Trophy but the only experience I have had since purchasing was with the body shop .... they were great, by the way. They PDR'd a door ding that was on mine when I bought it....took care of it on a Saturday morning in about 15 minutes.

I also bought mine from Trophy. I have used their service Department a few times with a couple TSB issues and haven't had a problem.

Ask for Bill Edwards, he is a very nice guy and is quite familiar with the 350z issues. -Ricky-

I talked with a SA there about the tire feathering and he said he thought that this problem may end up being a tire problem. I wanted to know if it was worthwhile to get an alignment now even though I have less that 800 miles on my Z. He didn't recommend it...said I had 12mo /12K to get an alignment and he said the backorder for tires was a long one. I'm just trying to be proactive and get it checked before a problem begins. Mine is pulling to the right slightly, but I don't know how stringent they are about the 7 second lane change thing.

What did they do to yours for the feathering problem? New tires, alignment?
