Default Inspection questions...

So I have the clear sides up front, and I remember the dealer giving me **** about it on my last car. That prompted me to check out the laws to cover my *** for the Z because I am more than a month overdue for my state inspection. Has anyone gotten a problem over having clear sides? According to the link below they need to be amber to pass (which is F'ing retarded)

Also - if you know of a place that passed you with your clear sides PM me the place too.

Thanks guys!!

The only laws are in reference to lighting. You may only have white or amber colored lights to the front, and amber or red to the rear. As far as the clear corners in the bumper by the grill they are fine as long as they do not have lights in them other than white or amber.

If you just have the normal clear lenses with no lights, then you are fine.

Yeah looks like I was not even looking on the right page. Retard moment!

Correct page (and it doesnt even list side markers on the site)

i've had inspections on my Z with clear corners, in both El Paso county and in Houston, no probs there... although the first place i took it too in houston wouldnt let me pass cuz one of my wiper blades was torn like half an inch at the end... i said to hell with that and took it to a place down the road that didnt even check the wipers. so i guess it all depends, if someone doesnt let it pass, try another place. there are tons of places out there
