I actually never said what service level I got there. I don't think it was the greatest, but I can understand where some of it stemmed from. The main thing is, they know the VQ, and do good work and make good products. The question was posed as "where should I go to get tuned in Houston." The only company in Houston that I can say I know can tune your VQ on most EMS' is SGP. They should do a good job tuning it and if not, I believe they will make it right.

This is definitely not a bandwagon.
