Default Anyone need a place in the austin area?

I live in a three bedroom 2400 sq foot house in georgetown with a spare room and bathroom for rent. It would be $500 a month all bills paid. You would have access to the driveway but not the garage (reserved for my c6). Access to 2 big screen hdtv's, ps3/360/computer, treadmill, your bathroom has marble flooring. Pretty sweet deal just dont be loud in the early mornings and no parties since i want to keep my house nice. Deal includes HD Satellite, wifi, phone, house is fully secured. yada yada. You would live with me and my wife. We are both professionals and are rarely home.

I only pay 1050 a month in mortgage/ins/taxes. The money will just go to more home improvements.

Wow. Sounds like a great option for someone. 1050 for your entire monthly out-of-pocket sounds awesome. I hope I do that well when I finally buy a house in the next year to year and a half.

LOL you should have seen the inside of the house when I bought it. It was completely trashed. I spent about 5 solid months doing nothing but work on the house. Everything on the inside is either brand new or redone. It was totally worth it though for a cheap monthly payment I never have to worry about.
