RGV(Brownsville - Harlingen - Mcallen)
unfortunately, none man. I've been having to tune it myself. I got it running (idling) without it turning off or backfiring but haven't driven it till today.
Alex n I drove the car but its running super rich. I removed some fuel but then it kept stalling. After messing around with it with no luck, I gave up. I'm tired of trying.
Trying to find out how I can trailer it to Houston so they can tune it correctly. It kinda sucks cause its only a break-in tune. Then I'd still need to go back for a final tune. SUCKSSSSSSSSsssss. JT tried helping me over the phone but it wasn't helping much. I need him to do it himself.

Anyone interested in my Carbon Fiber Hood??????
Test fitted it today n it looks awesome but:
1. Because I have the 5/8" plenum spacer, it hits my Plenum.
2. Because I have a turbo kit, it hits on my charge pipe and BOV.
3. Because I have the water/methanol kit, it hits my controller.
This would be perfect for a stock Z.
I may try and modify it but it would require a lot of modifying. Not sure if I want to go through the hassle. If I do decide to sell it-
350 bucks takes it.
Also, anyone know someone w a fender roller. Turnout my 305s rub quite a bit
No surprise but even if I shave off all the lip, it'll still rub on the fender. I need a fender roller to pull the fender out about 1/4-1/2".
I can rent one thru ebay for 40 bucks plus S&H (40) and leave a 250 dollar refundable deposit. I may do that.
OR I could buy one for 250 bucks :\
I may just rent one. Anyone need their fenders rolled. We can work out some kind of deal!

Hey Dave good to see the car is up and running. Ill see if i can find anyone that has a trailer that you can borrow to take the car up to houston.
I should be getting my two front tires in this week. Also start on the toe and other things to head out to get the car tuned.

I got a trailer already. I got the truck. What I don't have is money come on Alex sell some plans :/
it looks like I won't be taking it till the 1st of October. That lands on a Friday. They have a busy schedule and could fit me in on that day. If your planning on taking ur car in on that day try to let them know ahead of time to see if the have some room.
If all goes well on that day then I probably won't be back till the next month for the final tune.

Who's Evo? If the weather is clear on Thursday, I think a few of use will be making a road trip to McAllen. Already put smoke XPEL Headlight Protection Film on my friends '05 Evo. Already have paint protection film cut and smoke headlight protection film for a new '10 Evo coming down to the Valley.
