Could you tell me right quick what would be a better motor for my 350Z, a Gallo 12 or a Gallo 24?

Question,

Ever since picked up my car from uprev. I couldn't do smooth pull, always stuck at 2nd or 3rd(not grind, umm like miss gear). But yesterday, I missed second(didn't go in) gear, and heard huge grind...since then every gear feels not smooth. Still goes in tho, and can drive.

Does it sounds like my tranny got bust? Mine is an 04, 50k milies.

Thanks

no it doesnt have to be warmed up. if its grinding in gear when shifting it means the clutch isnt disengaging all the way. might be just the clutch going south.
