i need to do some editing... its hard to get a clear shot at 100mph, i had the wheel in one hand, a camera in the other, and a coke, cell phone, and walkie on my lap

I have a question:
when you have an intersection like this: http://tinyurl.com/3xljm9z
(it's memorial park loop drive to memorial drive) where you have a red arrow for left turn and a red arrow for right turn instead of the usual stop light...
can you turn right on red like at the other intersections or the arrow implies "no turn right on red" ????
