-NA set up, H/I/E, Pulleys, dyno tuned to 269/249
-Wilwood 6 piston 14' rotor front, 4 piston 13' rotor rear
-Stillen sway bars
-18x9.5 rims with 245/40 F and 275/40 R Falken FK452's (I want to go to Bridgestone RE760's with 255's up front)

My plan during the off season is to finish suspension.

I have never done an event but I have been wanting to for years, and I feel like my car is getting really close to me feeling comfortable doing one without wrecking!
Here are a couple of autocross clubs close to you:

Austin:

San Antonio:

Both are very active clubs, with monthly events. Strange enough, the Austin club runs their events in SA at the SA Raceway.

As far as road courses, the closest to you maybe in San Marcos, just south of Austin. It is called Harris Hill Road (H2R):

As far as my recommendation, hold off on anymore mods until you learn more about yourself & your Z. There is no substitute for more seat time. And then you make adjustments once you learn what your baseline is and where you need to improve yourself & your Z (handling, etc.).
