i dont go down dark alleys anymore... the ballpark will have to suffice

btw... i am planning on taking the car to some huge car meet that happens on wednesdays at a sonic on 121 and I35.... anyone here go to them? i heard they are pretty packed with cars...

do you go to the meets? i was told they start at 9pm? do ppl just park in the sonic drive in thingies? do you have to order fast food?

 

I usually show up around 9. The people I hang around usually park in the parking lot across from Sonic to avoid some of the high school ricers. Sonic is just nice enough to not complain and let us order food if we want it. lol But it's turned into a pretty big thing each week--even have a couple of Vipers that make regular appearances.

 

Hey I live in Lewisville and drove through this Sonic the other night (Wed. before Thanksgiving I think) Was thinking about stopping but couldn't find any 350s and there were some flashing lights (although I've heard cops aren't too much of a problem)...What goes on up there? Maybe I'll show up for the next one whenever it is. I could head up to Frisco if it's on a weekend. Let me know. Thanks.

 

My DB Z was up there until about 11. The flashing lights you saw were probably the cops taking care of someone in a (REALLY nice) race ready Chevelle who decided he needed to do a massive burnout in front of Bed Bath and Beyond.

The cops are usually pretty laid back about the meet, unless you do something stupid, like that guy. lol
