where do i go to get them? is there a listing of stuff that can't be used (because someone else has it already)? any of this online? thanks for the help.

 

you get them out of austin and they send them to your dmv. go to www.txdot.gov or something like that and get the number to the license plate division or something like that. call and ask if what you want is taken. you can print the app off the internet and mail it in with a 40 dollar check. then about 2 wks later you can go to your dmv and pick them up and pay the difference of your next registration. i am sorry but i can't remember the site or number from when i got mine. but they are something similar to what i posted. what are you thinking to get?
