I will be at the SE hooters close to departing time round' 4:15-4:30. If y'all get there earlier, don't leave til' 4:30 please. And if I'm not there by then, leave... don't wait for me.

Also, I'd like to make a few suggestion:

1) when we leave SE hooters - one of us should block one lane so the rest of us can all pull out safely at the same time instead of one/two car here and there.

2) when rolling on the freeway we should roll 3 lane wide and not one single file lane. Leave the passing lane open for bystanders or anyone of us to pass.

 

Ahhh I have to work. But I work on the Seawall in Galveston. I probably catch some of you guys driving by.

 

Yea i was planning on being the crash test dummy when pulling out from Wal-Mart & Katy


Also to add to stog's helpful advice,the lead car(s) and last car should have some kinda communication just n case the group separates.

 

^ just make sure it's safe and clear before pulling out. I'm sure people will understand why you're Blocking them when they see 10-20 modified cars pulling out together.

Usually the lead car watch out for cops but in my past experience cruising with my hot spot clique, it doesn't always work out as planned... even if you have walkie talkie. Chances are you won't hear the call b/c you're pre-occupied doing something like: jammin' out, talking to co-pilot, paying attention to the road etc.

I suggest those who have radar detectors to be up front and tap on the brake if/when you see a hater. Not necessary to have a 'lead' car IMO.

The last car should be someone who knows their way around the SE area.

Agreed. We can discuss it furthermore when we hit se Hooters. Don't worry Il gather everyone together so we can discuss it as a group, this way we can all be on the same page. My name is Lewis btw, il be in the San Marino HR z. I'm not shy so I will be walking up to each and one of you introducing myself. If I don't get to due to so many people please don't be afraid to walk up to me and introduce yourself!

Me and my guys set this up for a reason, too have better relations not only with the members of my350z but also within the Houston import community! I'm glad this is going well, there's also a roll call on the other forums so this should be good.

the front subframe needs to be replaced and not sure what else...the front bumper needs to b replaced too..looks like i will be getting that new Nismo bumper sooner than I thought...my deductible is $250 so thats not too bad...just suxs that i was all ready to go to this...i have a Nissan Rogue for a loaner...anyways, have fun guys...its gonna be a hot one out there tomorrow..
