Good morning everyone! I know this late notice, but its important to get this notice out ASAP.

The Z Club of Houston has invited HNE to join them in the car show at Sterling McCall Nissan on Saturday, April 24th. The Z Club was so pleased with our invitation to the Tom Peacock show held in October and how well it turned out, they would like to return the invite and ask us to join them at Sterling McCall Myself, Mike Hill, and Chris Rucker, your HNE officers, feel it is VERY important for us to make a good show here. We would like to see a LARGE number of members at the event.

Here are some of the details. This is a judged show, similar to the show we attended in Austin in September. Multiple classes for Z Cars, separate class for 350Z's, seperate class for all other Nissans. Each Z car class, the 350Z's class, and all other Nissans class will each have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Trophies will be awarded to all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers. Cleanliness will be the most important guideline for ALL classes. So even if your car has all the top notch equip in it, if its dirty and mud caked, you won't win. There will be an entrance fee of about $20, but ALL proceeds will go to the Houston Food Bank. Canned goods for donation to the Houston Food Bank are strongly encouraged(cash is OK too). You are NOT REQUIRED to enter the show to participate. Even if you do not want to show you car, please come out and participate in the meet to show our support. We are all Nissans, and should support each other!! Registration starts at 10:00, judging begins at 12:00, trophies awarded at about 3:00- depending on when the judges get finished with all the cars.

Sterling McCall has bought all the trophies(these are not the cheap $2 trophies, but quality ones), there is FREE FOOD!!! BBQ if I remember correctly, plus soft drinks and water. Each person who registers to show their car will also receive a raffle ticket. Each person who donates food or cash to Houston Food Bank will receive another ticket. There is a raffle drawing every 15 minutes for prizes donated by again, Sterling McCall.

Now the next piece. On the day of the show only, ALL parts will be discounted 35%!!!!!! The discount applies to all Nissan parts, and all NISMO parts. Start making up your shopping list now, you won't beat this discount anywhere. Remember, its the day of the show ONLY.
