Default UTEC...WTF is going on w/ this thing?

Shortly after install, I was monitoring the Hyperterminal dashboard and noticed that the remote switch postions were not in synch with what the dashboard was displaying. I called AAM and was told to send the switch back. "No biggy", I thought, I'll just use the dial switch on the Utec itself. So today, I decide to do some tuning and realize that the dial isn't cohesive with what the dashboard is displaying. As I go from one map to the other (0-9), I notice that the dashboard is displaying only 0-4-5-4-5-6 then back to 0 and the same sequence all over again. Now I'm thinking it isn't the switch after all and that it's a problem with my Utec.

Me vs. Utec

Me - 0
Utec- 1

Sounds like you have a broken wire inside of the Switch Harness, not a typical failure. Most cases these are broken during a feeding it through tight passages. Easiest way to handle this is returning it to your dealer.

Could you be more specific, like, what is the "switch harness"? Are you talking about the remote switch? Thanks for the reply.

It was at zero. Thanks for the help though. This is really putting a hamper on my timeline. I need at least a working Utec in my car before the 14th b/c I'll have to drop my car off in Charlotte for Nitrous and tuning.
