Hey guys I have a Popcharger, and HKS true-dual exhaust. I am also going to put in a MD 5/16 plenum spacer. Where do you guys suggest I get a tune from and how much would it cost in general. Anything else I need like UTEC? Any suggestions would be helpful.
Also I am located in Arcadia cloase to pasadena.
Thanks Guys
Ted

I know from Arcadia to Torrance is kinda far. But you might want to check out Harman Motive. They do some really good tuning. And their prices are okay.

I have the same question as fairlady350z33. With my few NA mods and no plans for FI would I benefit from a tune, re-flash or a utec?

Fairlady350z33 - yes you do need somekind of tuning device...such as UTEC, Greddy Emanage Ultimate, Apex S-AFCII...etc etc...
Will tuning be necessary? Depends on what Air/fuel ratio you're currently at...and the only way to find out, is to hook it up to a wideband o2 sensor...when you dyno, they usually hook up a wideband o2 to check your afr...if your afr is already looking good, then tuning wouldn't be necessary...if your afr is real rich, yes, tuning might be justifiable

it's $160 per hr for dyno tuning services...a quick search on ebay yielded me approximately $900 shipped for a TurboXS UTEC...I'm sure you can get it a little cheaper if you shopped around...
Apex S-AFCII runs for like $220 shipped on ebay...real cheap and fairly effective tuning device....
Greddy E-manage Ultimate will run you about $600 shipped...
