Big Thumbs Up to Jermaine "BlackTuner" @ TurboXS

Jermaine, who goes by BlackTuner on this forum, was fantastic to deal with on a connectivity issue I was having with my Tuner Wideband. I tried everything over the weekend to get it to connect, and nothing worked! On monday morning, I called TurboXS and I explained the situation to Jermaine. He walked me through all the usual troubleshooting stuff while I was connected to the utec/tuner via laptop. still couldn't connect.
Immediately, he gave me an RMA #. He agreed that if I overnight it to him, he figure it out and overnight it back to me.
The next day around noon, I called him; he had recieved the overnight package and he already had it on the test bench. 1/2 hour later, he called back and informed me I had a bad adapter/cable. At that time, he said he back up the tuner, get me a fresh adpater and rj-12 cable plus he threw in an extra serial cable.
True to his word, he shipped it back out via UPS nextday air!
Today I called TXS because UPS hadn't delivered it and it was already past 5:00PM. Immediately, Jermaine already had the tracking number and had looked up the delivery status. Sure enough, sometime between the time I left the office and the time I got home (15:00 minutes), UPS delivered!!!
I tested it out before installing it again! PERFECT CONNECTION!!!!!! I even tried using a USB-Serial adapter and that worked too!!!!

GREAT!!! excellent service again by jermaine. sorry i was sleeping at 10 pm when you called.
working EVERY day from dark to dark has been kicking my a$$... after today, i have off till monday though...
now you have some tuning to do and get it running perfect....
