It hasn't came out yet. I am in the process of taking the nitrous stuff off my car, and installing the blower. Once it is done I am gonna set an appt. with SGP and drive over there and get the tune. I will be posting pics of the install, and of course pics from the tune. I am lookin forward to it!

 

The one Mark and his buddy from TurboXS is tuning (nitrous...3 maps). Chrome silver on stock 18s. Has a Greddy EVOII exhaust.

 

steve come on and run me in your 240 lol we got to get our cars in shape to show trevor up in his trans am. maybe get oldschool to show him up for now.

 

I gotta get some DRs....or all I will be showing anyone is how to spin the damn tires. lol

 

Well the 240 will start its progress here shortly. I'll be redoing somethings that were done before she came into my ownership.
Engine harness, fuel system, turbo, misc engine stuff, then some paint and body work. I was thinking about getting rid of it for awhile, but eh...rather put money into mods, then into a dealerships pocket on car payments....course I'm just not at that baller status just yet,lol

I'm trying to gather the parts that I need to do the job correctly. When the engine was installed the harness wasn't the best of the best jobs. I'm looking to redo the harness, polish and powder coat somethings, new motor mounts, tranny mount, short shifter, injectors, condition the engine, transmission, and differntial (I'm tired of one wheel peel,lol).
Hook ups aren't needed, just saving the money for it. My end goal once all done and done will hopfully be high 300 very low 400s. Going to see how much I can push on a stock block.

KA motor I assume. If I had a 240...I think I'd do a RB26 swap. I see some ppl doing it to the Z on this board....I just feel the VQ is more than capable.

actually its an SR20DET, so far I've gotten Power FC standalone EMS, so as for my tuning needs I'm taken care of there. As you can guess, Mark will be the only one tuning on my car, from now till the day I build it completely.
In short I'm looking to do:

tubular exhaust manifold
turbo upgrade
fuel injectors
motor and transmission mounts
VLSD
flywheels & clutch
light cams
intake plenum
underdrive pulleys
brakes/wheels/tires
body work is last
.......think thats about it, of course I say that now,lol

I'd like to have a presentable car before the first Houston car show Jan 2007.

 

You remind me of the old school (haha, i got to use my name) Punch amps (i.e punch 45, 60, etc). They claimed to only have 45 watts, but they really made alot more....

damn hustlers...lol.

 

Ahhhh SR....good motor...about 5-8 years ago (right before I stopped messing with imports for awhile)....SR parts were hard to come by...its the opposite today.... RB parts are getting to be the same way. Kinda makes me wish I had a 240.

 

I'm not hustlin'. He wanted to run me in a RB26 powered 240 and not his own.
