Just thought id share some photos of my UTEC/Remote Switch install. I jumped on the Forged year end-sale for a great deal..... Thought id have some fun of my own before i have the TT install. All in all it went pretty easy. I would of had this done sooner, but FEDEX screwed up on my delivery of the remote map switch. Anyone else have their switch located in the same spot? Took me a minute to figure out where i wanted to put it, but i think it cae out good. Moment of truth came and car started right up. Took some logs too.(and yes i read the anual twice..lol. Gonna read it again too..lol...) Nothing too special just a stock log to learn from. Is A/F suppose to show on log or dashboard??? I dont see it..

The actual switch isnt a perfect fit, but its not bad. It stays in place just not snap tight. It took me maybe a hour or so. I really didnt rush it. I was reading the manual and etc... Also my wife kept buggin me..lol..lol..

 

Lookin good. Yeah, you found the perfect spoke for that MAP switch. Some people also put them in the center console switch cover as well. AF will not show up on the logs, unless you have the "Tuner" which is basically a wideband AF unit that interfaces with the UTEC.
