Default Raising the rev limit

I searched and could not come up with a definite answer so, can any of the piggy back systems raise the rev limiter on the non rev up motors? If you run a Techno Square reflash and a Utec/EU piggy back can you take advantage of tunning above the stock limiter?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I think technosquare raises the rev limiter. UpRev should be able to do a custom reflash to raise it to whatever you specify as well (www.uprev.com).

I think some of them can raise the rev limiter IIRC.
