Default UTEC ThrottleControl.mot file

What is the file "ThrottleControl.mot" used for? How can I flash the UTEC with it? Should I simply use the m16c_flash_v124 program?

Thanks!

yes that is the second file for the reflash, you need to make sure you use that program (m16c.....) as well as flip the correct switches.
