does HKS F-Con Vpro do much better on a N/A with bolt ons only than the UTEC?

The HKS VPro does work very well in N/A applications, but because of its higher cost and because tuning is not as critical in most N/A applicaitons, people usually do a more basic setup (ie. Flash, UTEC, E-Manage, UniChip, etc.).
