Default Tuning?

had a quick question...so far i have the 5/16th spacer, JWT popcharger, and ture dual exhaust. Lately I have been hearing a little quiet "thump" in the exhaust when idling. It will just idle and thump...idle...and then 5 or 6 seconds later...thump again.

Is this a sign that my AFR is off after all the breathing mods? In need a of a tune?

thanks!

What kind of thump? Is it the sound of 2 parts physically hitting each other? Or is it a 'miss' that you hear coming from the exhaust?

Video would help.

You are probably just hearing compression waves colliding in the chambers, ports, and collectors. These sounds are "tuned out" in a factory exhaust (as are decel popping, etc). The more you open up an exhaust, and the fewer restrictions and sound deadening points you have, the more of these natural engine sounds will come through.

Probably normal. But maybe have a tuner listen to it just to be sure.
