what's wrong with my Utec

that has happened to me a long time ago when i had the wrong dip switch flipped for the reflash. check all the dipsticks to be the right way while reflashing it and make sure they are all flipped back the right way when you are done.

I found that when i upgrade the utec it's work fine, but the car won't start right. When i upload the "ThrottleControl.mot" file, the car will start perfect but i can't access to my utec again.

Problem SOLVED 
I used to upload the Utec upgrade 2.8 and the ThrottleControl.mot at the sametime.
This guy solved my problem, I did what he said and it works. Now, i have V2.8 in my Utec and V2.1 on my Tuner Pro(with no problems)

Get all of the neighbors and line them up in your front yard. Now, make sure all of the dipsticks are facing the right way.
