Default electronic problems

Hi,

I'm a 350z owner from Europe for 3 years. Considering the difficulty of getting performance parts for this car and their price in europe i can say that my car is quite tuned.
Although, i have a problem.....2 years ago i've put on the car a Invidia exhaust, JWT pop charger and a guy from Japan tuned my Greddy blue e-manage on my car. The stock car had , with exhaust 261 hp and after e-manage i got 289hp. I was very happy and the car was really going faster.
The problem appeared after some time, and now i have only 264 hp on dyno...and i also fitted lightened flywheel in the meanwhile and lightened pulleys.
If anibody can help me, WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM?
I was racing another 350z with intake and exhaust and HE IS BEFORE ME.....

Every dyno pull can be as different as the day itself. Other than they dyno numbers is there anything else happening? You may have lost the e-manage tune as well.

The idea is that i also felt a power loss...and i went on same dyno, approx same temperature...but i didn't check yet if i didn't loose the emanage tune...although my dyno graphic is smoother than the stock one and without the habitual "holes", so i think my blue box is still working...
