Default Anybody know how to tune Greddy Profec E-01?

Hi guys I have Greddy TT kit, emanage blue, and profec e-01...

Just wandering what are your profec boost settings and parameters... Any recomendations and advice on how to tune the profec e-01?

Sorry Im very new to this FI thing, but very very satisfied with my new TT kit. Just wish to know more about tuning it.

Also does anybody know, the stock 350Z Fuel injector size?

You are just asking to blow a motor if you're using the emanage blue with the greddy twins on a stock block and stock fuel system.

With a setup like this, I cannot possibly imagine anyone recommending you to try to tune it yourself, especially not if you haven't tuned some N/A vehicles in the past at LEAST...

That said, check out Amazon.com and get some books on tuning. That's what I did... and they are very informative.

Why will it blow up? The emanage blue is already pretuned from Greddy. What Im trying to do is just smoothing the boost curve through out the band. Did buy some books to learn regarding the a/f and timing tuning. But I dont wish to go that far knowing the risk.

All I want to know is people's setting on their profec, knowing that the profec have many options that can be useful to the turbo system.

Currently I have a Walbro 255 fuel pump. and according to Greddy is safe as long as you dont boost over 0.40 or 0.45 kg/cm2. Can you tell me what else do I need. I know a fuel return system is important, but other than that because Im waiting for my fuel return to arrive at my shop hahahaha.

Can I make my turbo system run more stable other than of course building a stock block which is too late hahahaha?

Maybe you should do some searching through some of the posts where people blew up their motors with Greddy TT's, and figure out why nearly everyone who installs it builds their motor nowadays.

The emanage blue is so weaksauce it's hardly comprehensible. All it does is trick your MAF sensor... which is not how you want to tune F/I.

Then the emanage ultimate is still weaksauce (even though I own it) it has horrible (if any) control over timing, even though it can directly alter the injector pulse width (good thing)

Not to mention your stock fuel system is not really recommended for almost any TT kit.

Looks like you have some independent searching and researching to do... I promise you no one is going to spoon feed you answers.

Hahaha ^^ Yes you are right the emanage is very very incomprehensible. However actually I still want to try to get it right. Regarding the fuel system, I will get it by the end of this week.

However I still believe that the emanage should be able to tune the TT kit. Since I have seen people running the emanage with a very high boost.. Regarding timing issue I read that alot, but me personally I still dont get it. With the ignition harness and the software it should be able to tune the timing correctly right? (there is surely a way to tune it right)

Well I will try to bring it to a professional shop soon and see what happen.

Thank you for your advice.

Anyway what do you have in your car already?
