Default Utec On Map

Hi All,

Does anybody tried to program the UTEC to work only by MAP sensor?
From idle to redline, from vacuum to boost, without MAF at all?

Thanks.

i guess its not possible because the UTEC is programed to run in Mass Air Mode (MAF) at 0% load site and Speed Density Mode (MAP) at the rest Load sites.

No, If you program it to run in OpenLoop from full vacuum, it must work without MAF, I'm trying to do it now, but have some problems with idle and very low load.

The car is Greddy Twin Turbo, 18psi of boost, 1000cc injectors.

At high loads everything is normal, but very rich near idle.

Thats what the 0% column and injector scaling feature is for. Make sure that your injectors are scaled correctly and if you need to take out fuel for idle, change the input under 1k rpms in the 0% column. Scaling should do the trick though.
