Default Any STS FI with UTEC gone to the Osiris

Anyone with the STS turbo and Utec gone with Osiris ECU reprogram?

Did you do away with the UTEC?

How do you like the change?

Anyone think I should stay with the Utec?

Thanks

I thought about it but in the end Utec work well with what I have so it is not much of an upgrade (you get some nice feature with Osiris but you also loose some from Utec)... If I was starting from scratch then maybe I would've tried it and that is a big maybe (reason is lack of tuner in NYC that I can trust)

I personally would do it. I am going to run it on my build. I am currently running utec and can't wait to get rid of it.

It all goes back to if its not broke don't fix it.

This idea was kicked to me today...I am not in love with the UTEC at all, so I might take the plunge. I am a bit skeptical of how the stock ECU does it all, but I guess it is all in the software, right?

The guys at EXE Performance are doing exactly that for their yellow show car. I think they'll be posting a big thing about it in the forced induction section when they are done with it.

They looked at a number of ways to tune the car, and settled on ours because it is reliable, adjustable, and was a good fit with a show/race car where he may change out the parts when sponsors change.
