SGP is good. They stay very busy but if you just need a tune, mark is a genius. If you need it installed:
a) dont be in a hurry or
b) do it yourself

i'm not familiar with any other shops in that area.

Do a basic search on here about SGP and their doings if you must.

Secondly does the shop have to be in Houston? If not we're 2 hours away and we can do the install here or recommend other shops in Austin/Dallas.

Right now I'd give anything to find a viable and reputable Houston shop that doesn't have 50 pages worth of bad customer dealings. We are in dire need of a Pro Tuner in Houston to deal with our customers.

We had three customers come to us this last weekend alone from Houston for tunes. We don't mind working weekends to help customers out, but it would be nice to get a day off every once in a while :-D

Default SGP

SGP did all the original work. I can't get a hold of anybody over there. They stopped answering the phone a long time ago. I went up there twice last week and the doors were locked both trips out. I thought they might have closed the shop, except there are cars everywhere.

Anybody know of Aldo at 1320 Racing?

Thanks for the replies.

Looks like the specialize in suspension... Not engine management tuning. Do they even have a dyno?

As for SGP...... No comments.

As for tuning in Houston, JTran Studio up in Conroe is a great shop with an excellent tech, but I don't think they offer tuning services just yet.

Kyle with IPP is not a full service shop if I'm not mistaken.

Sorry bro, doesn't seem like there are many choices around town right now.

I recommend EngineLogics, The work on Subies, MR2's, & Nissan 350Z, They are a complete engine building and tuner with a Dyno Dynamics dyno. They are located near US 59 South and the Beltway. Check out their website http://www.enginelogics.com
