Default N/a afr

Hey guys. Just wondering what the borderline safe AFR limit is for my HR.

The motor is completely stock. Has Intake, headers, testpipes, exhaust, clutch & flywheel, UR Crank pulley.

It is currently tuned and has advanced timing across the MAP. However, I know it still has potential to make more power because the AFR is still in the low 12's.

Also, should the AFR be steady in one place across the whole RPM range, or should it gradually get richer towards the top? (If so, please give example)
Anyone's inputs are appreciated, thanks!
