Airflow is always the limiting factor in horsepower production. This is the problem with NA tuning. In order to make more power you need to get more air into the engine. You can acheive this by increasing the volumetric efficiency of the engine with intakes and header/exhaust. But then the engine hits its physical limit of how much air it can flow, then you have to look at cams and headwork and higher compression, but even there are limits here. A turbocharger or supercharger is really the best and most economical way to drastically increase power production (airflow).
Increasing the size of the injectors isn't going to increase power potential unless you also drastically increase the airflow into the engine. More fuel needs to mix with more air.

^so how much power AP can tune and handle(VQ)? And what size injectors AP can handle?
And why you guys not offering modif maf sensor?
Also, what about knock protection?
(asking about FI)
couple months ago I asked these same questions to local cobb guys, just want to hear from you as well.

The AP can tune to basically unlimited horsepower. The injector size is goinng to be more or less limited to the drivers in the stock ECU. Since the AccessPORT is reprogramming the the ECU and using the ECU to tune with there are some limitations inherent in the system, so I would hate to put a solid number on it, however, on other platforms (Subaru, EVO) AccessPORT-tuned cars have made in excess of 500whp.
While we do not offer a modified MAF housing for the Z, you can scale the MAF with the AccessTUNER software for a larger MAF housing or modified housing.
