Default utec MAP voltage

Someone help,
My car's been losing power and i am searching for possible solutions.
One thing i picked up checking my mps logs, is that at full boost 4000rpm voltage is exactly 5v.
My MAP parameters is set at 0.8v and 4.6v.
What should min and max voltage be and could this be a problem?

your MAF voltage will be 5V. Your map wont see 5V until its pegged (45 psi according to TXS)

this is not your problem
