HELP Mps utec logger problem

I have a problem with my zeitronix syncing up with the utec it would read the utec but no reading from the zeitronix and if i run the data logger by zeitronix it would work just fine does anyone else have this problem

make sure you have the correct port selected for your wideband

all the connections/port selected are correct just cant get it to connect to the logger
