No, it wouldn't. The fastest 03-06 (and HR for that matter) with bolt-ons is sfarrah at 12.87.
OP: Will this be your first time to the track with the car? Only 1 DE has gone 12.99 or better and most off us that are close have made 100+ passes.

It is going to be pretty much impossible for you to go 12.99 in AZ.....isn't the lowest track still over 2000' elevation? I wish you luck, but I think you should be happy with cracking the top 25 at a track with elevation. My car is about 200 pounds under stock and sfarrah's car was much lighter than mine.
Several people have run 7200 including myself with no issue. The car stops making power at 6300 so the added rpm are simply to put back in the sweet spot in the powerband going too the next gear. Best success for me has been shifting just shy of that at 7100 into 2nd and 3rd, and then going to 4th around 6900.
