check the kinetix V+ for cracks. those plastic kinetix plenums (all versions) were notorious for warp/cracking

It is odd that you are having this issue still. Doing a hard reset should solve the problem, it is strange that it keeps coming back up over and over. Disconnect the battery again. Leave it for about 5 mins, pump the brake pedal to make sure the car is completely drained of battery power. Then reconnect the battery and fire the car up. Yes, it turned out that the stupid Kinetix upper plenum I had was leaking. Should you have any problems, give Cobb Tuning a call and they will assist you, good guys to work with!
