Default fuel pump question?

I was wondering if any one knew if running a big fuel pump such as a aeromotive a1000 on an na set up would be detrimental to tuning? I am anticipating going FI but won't until next year. the car will be running on E85 in both trims, so will it be a headache or not?

you will use a pump controller so it doesnt matter if it's NA or FI

no EMS controls that (well maybe a Motec), you want a PWM controller so that big pump isnt running 100% all the time.
