I'm trying to find out if what I'm reading is correct under the conditions listed because with one throttle connected I'm getting 15% on neutral - 16% first gear and steady idle . Plug in passenger side TB and get 18% - 19% and idle from 1500-2500 up and down. Idle relearn does not work so trying to find out if its a bad TB.

Thanks I know this, but I was just pointing out exactly what I'm reading when I have the car off but with Key at the ON position with driver TB plugged in and changing the gears from neutral to 1st without hitting the gas. My Gas Pedal position is always 0% with foot off the gas.
Just was wondering if someone with an Accessport or Osirus or some other obd tool that can read TPS could let me know what theirs is reading.

each car is different. That's why there is a TPS and APP learn on the haltech to get the exact voltage of your TPS and APP for it to function correctly.
The computer can move the throttle position (the 18% or whatever you are seeing) to keep the car idling. It isn't the same as the pedal position (APP, accelerator pedal position) like someone else stated.
