Default advanced timing table and cam phasing

So I have done rough tuning of pulling timing in uprev before for my procharger setup, but never used to advance timing, and not sure what I should be targeting when advancing.

Anyone have recommendations on a starting point for increasing timing in the ignition tables and any changes I should make to cam phasing?

current engine mods are 3" y pipe, 3" axle back, z-tube, popcharger, 5/16" spacer, exedy carbon triple, treadstone 340lph fuel pump and custom RFS running at 54psi constant.

I do have an AEM wideband so I can do afr tuning though my car doesn't have stock widebands. and Fuel table modifications would be no problem for me to do.

I just need a good NA starting point for timing.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.
